PCYC Boxercise

- Boxercise is the type of
training which involves bag work,
one on one pad training and body
weight exercise which are used in
circuit training. The results from
boxing being incorporated into
training programmes effectively
achieves results in muscle toning
whilst increasing stamina and
endurance.
Our boxercise sessions will help you
maximise weight goals, improve
levels of cardio vascular fitness
and maintain confidence in personal
development with a structured
boxercise program. Both male and
female are rewarded with results
achieved by learning how to achieve
and maintain a healthier and
stronger body.
- Sessions are held:
Tuesday & Thursday evenings 7pm -8pm
- Cost: $6 per
session.

- Towel - Water Bottle - Boxing

- (gloves are
provided to first time users)
