PCYC Boot camp isn't your typical bootcamp, No army style
punishments or shouting or having to carry people over your
shoulder, just 60 minutes of high intensity cardio group based
exercise to keep your heart elevated in the comfort of our
indoor venue.
Are you thinking that attending a boot camp session sounds a bit scary?
No need to be concerned as our Boot camps provide you with motivation and support throughout the session.
Our instructor is a ex Police physical Trainer and is highly supportive of our Boot camp programs that not only help with their weight loss and toning, increase their fitness and more importantly our boot camps are FUN.
Our Boot camps always keep it interesting with a great mix of exercise & drills with the attention of a personal trainer combined with the fun & energy of a traditional style boot camp.
Every session is different so you never know what to expect.
Most importantly we accommodate different fitness levels by breaking all our Boot camp classes into group A, B, C and D depending on weather you are a walker, jogger, runner or sprinter.
What's the end fitness result?
Lose weight | Lose Body Fat | Tone up | Feel great.The 'Beep Test', which is a commonly used test to ascertain your aerobic capacity (or VO2max), is one of the pre-entry fitness tests for Police or Military applicants and is included on a regular basis as part of a scheduled boot camp session and the results can be signed off for those who have applied for the QPS.

Sessions Mon & Wednesday 6.15am - 7am.
