Test your fitnesss

The Inala PCYC is providing members of the community the opportunity to run the beep test to test your fitness.
See if you can meet the standard required to be a police recruit.

• Cost $10
• Tests will be run on the 1^st Wednesday of each month at 5pm.
• You must contact the PCYC to book your test BEFORE the testing day.
• Qualified Fitness Instructors will guide you through the test.
